Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in fulfilling your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ryan’s International LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Ryan’s International LLC is not liable for products damaged, lost, or stolen after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and retain all packaging materials for claim purposes.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs (if applicable). We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
